West Norwood is a residential neighborhood in South London, within the borough of Lambeth. The local Norwood Park has great views of the City, as well as South London landmarks such as Crystal Palace, visualising the neighbourhood’s distance from - and its contradictory proximity to - the rest of London.

West Norwood is home to a creative and diverse community, as epitomised by local events such as the West Norwood Feast, which pops up on the first Sunday of every month. This volunteer-driven project has a strong ethical premise, aiming to lend a voice to the different demographics of the neighbourhood and, as a result, encourage the growth and development of the area.

A variety of 19th and 20th century housing dominates the property market, with Victorian and Edwardian terraced houses aplenty.
