Svetlana was punctual, very efficient and left the flat looking sparkling and shiny. She quickly learned to use the steam mop and also adhered to our request to use it without steam in the bedrooms. She was easy to communicate with and deftly moved stuff and cleaned behind and underneath them. Would highly recommend her and hope she can do a a regular shift with us.
