Choose a date and time that works for you and pay a one hour callout charge to secure your slot. If your washing machine installation takes more than one hour, you'll be charged for the additional time in 30 min increments.

If you need us to provide a new washing machine, your tradesperson can source one locally and tell you the estimated cost. With your approval, they'll buy the appliance and add the cost to your bill. Or you can supply your own washing machine if you prefer. We can also dispose of your old washing machine if you need us to.
