“Happy but it would be good to clarify timings. On his first visit Robert confirmed afterwards that 4.5 hrs as booked was longer than needed and that house only took 4 hrs. So today I said if he had time (only if time) there was some ironing, Robert kindly did this but added a full hour to the original timing, ie 5.5 hrs. Happy to pay on this occasion but what I meant is please do what can be done in 4.5 hrs. Hope this is clearer, if no time to iron that's fine..”
