We’re thrilled to announce that Housekeep has been shortlisted for the Scaling at Pace award at the UK PropTech Awards 2025.

The PropTech Awards celebrate the businesses driving digital transformation across the property industry. From innovation and investment to social impact and environmental responsibility, the awards recognise those pushing the boundaries of technology to create better experiences for homeowners, tenants, and landlords alike.


Housekeep's up for the Scaling at Pace award, which recognises companies that are driving market growth within the property industry. When Housekeep's founder, Avin Rabheru MBE, started Housekeep, he set out to fix the highly fragmented cleaning industry and do cleaning better. 11 years later, Housekeep has delivered millions of sparkling house cleans with a 4.9* rating across London, Manchester, Bristol and Brighton, positioning them as the market leader in the £5bn cleaning industry.
 

The shortlisting also acknowledges Housekeep's work in identifying and entering new service verticals, alongside growing their core regular cleaning service. Without compromising core service quality, Housekeep is now rapidly expanding into the £40bn tradesperson market, offering electricians, handymen, plumbers, gardeners and more, while sweeping out their end of tenancy and deep cleaning service nationwide -  all in their bid to 'own the home' across the UK.

We’re super excited for the awards ceremony, taking place later this week in London. Beyond the anticipation of finding out who takes home the trophy, we’re looking forward to brushing shoulders with other PropTech innovators and learning more about the exciting technologies shaping the future of our industry.
